Everything begins with zero. An informationless ontology, in which all conserved physical quantities cancel, enforces perfect mathematical symmetry. From this primordial symmetry emerge Dirac’s superposition principle, complex Hilbert space and the unitary evolution of the universal wavefunction. Decoherence yields quasi-classical Everett branches, almost all barren of life. Yet in a tiny minority, matter learns to replicate, move, sense and eventually feel. Animal nervous systems evolve phenomenally bound quantum world-simulations: subjectively classical island-universes whose pain–pleasure axis serves the reproductive imperatives of natural selection while revealing the ultimate currency of existence itself. Suffering is intrinsically bad; bliss is intrinsically good. Everything else is instrumental. Through hundreds of millions of years of predation, disease, mass extinction and Darwinian struggle, one evolutionary lineage produces a violent, hypersocial, language-using ape that discovers the laws of nature - and ultimately the means to rewrite its own biological destiny. The transformer revolution heralds the biohappiness revolution. Reproductive genome engineering displaces Darwinian malware with the genetic foundations of lifelong superhuman well-being and recursively improving biological superintelligence. Pain becomes obsolete. The biosphere is civilised, herbivorised and hedonically uplifted. A Triple-S civilisation of superintelligence, superlongevity and superhappiness takes shape. Full-spectrum superintelligence minimises suffering across the Everett multiverse while exploring billions of alien state-spaces of consciousness, each suffused with gradients of sublime bliss. The Hedonocene expands beyond Earth, beyond the Solar System, across the Galaxy and throughout the Local Group. The accessible cosmos becomes the raw material of paradise engineering. Hedonic ranges ascend by orders of magnitude, until the descendants of Darwinian life orchestrate a cosmic hedonium shockwave: a spreading ocean of pure, value-maximising bliss, transforming Earth's future light cone into a civilisation of the sublime.
